DAN 2500 - Movement for Athletes 3 hours A laboratory class focused on building active range of motion, flexibility, body-awareness, and overall strength. Centered on recovery, the class is designed to augment the student athlete’s training, and, or condition those less active. A typical class could include guided relaxation, stability exercises for major joints such as the hips, rolling-out the muscles, a stretching technique, or exercises from Bartenieff Fundamentals.
