SPM 3800 - Sport Governance

Sport Governance is an examination of the power and politics of sport organizations. The focus of this course will identify how amateur and professional organizations (locally, nationally, and internationally) and individual sport governing bodies function in the sport industry. This will include authority of organizations, organizational structures and real-life policy issues as it relates for sport context.
Prerequisite: SPM 1500
