MGT 6930 - Policy And Strategy

This course is the capstone of the Master of Business Administration degree and will provide students with the opportunity to synthesize the material to develop a comprehensive business plan for a company or a significant project within a business unit. Emphasis will be placed on policies and strategies within specific industry and companywide examples. Students will discuss current issues, examine case studies and identify opportunities to further develop and provide growth through local and international business.
