HIS 3600 - History Of Warfare 3 hours This military history course examines the theory and practice of warfare from ancient times to the present. The course addresses the battlefield strategies and tactics encountered in such major wars as the Peloponnesian Wars, Napoleonic Wars, World Wars, and the War on Terror. The course also examines strategies in smaller types of warfare, such as in ceremonial warfare (i.e. the Aztec Flower Wars) and the guerilla warfare common to many twentieth century revolutionary movements.
