EDU 5001 - Introduction To Advanced Programs

This course provides students with a strong foundation for understanding the nature of graduate teacher education in an online format. Attention is given to educator ethics, Georgia’s tiered certification system, professional learning requirements, and employment options. APA formatting will be addressed. Field Experience Required (2 hours; in content field; in current grade level band; in current setting).
Prerequisite: Teacher Preparation Program Admission.
