POS 4010 - Revolutions That Changed World

This course will look at some of the great ‘turning points’ of history that have shaped the world in which we live. The primary focus will be on political revolutions such as the American, French, Russian, and Chinese but will expand to topics such as the Industrial Revolution of the nineteenth century. Content will focus students’ attention toward technological and economic developments and new ideas and philosophies that have driven change in society or government.
