CST 2226 - New Testament Interpretation 3 hours A study that will enable the student o move from what the New Testament text means (exegesis) to application (significance) for today. This course will guide the student through the interpretive process as it relates to the different literacy genres in the New Testament, such as the Gospels, Book of Acts, Epistles, and apocalyptic (Revelation) literature. Also studied will be the historical, geographical, literary, socio-economic, and religious environment of the time in which the New Testament was written.
Prerequisite: CST 1012 or persmission from the instructor. Level UG
