CHE 4110 - Biochemistry I

An introduction to chemistry of the molecules of life: proteins, nucleic acids, carbohydrates, lipids; protein structure and function; enzyme kinetics; enzyme mechanisms; membrane structure and function; introduction to metabolism.

Prerequisite: C or better in CHE 3030
