BIO 3900 - Directed Research

This course is designed to provide scientific research opportunities under faculty guidance. The course will culminate in the student’s own contribution to the discipline, whether in the form of fully supported conclusions or in the form of a creative effort. In other words, the goal of the course is to answer a question, not simply to gather information.
Prerequisite: Junior or senior standing with Biochemistry, Biology, Ecology & Field Biology, or Chemistry major. Exceptions made with the consent of the instructor.
