BIO 3200 - Plant Physiology

An introduction to the physiological basis of plant phenomena and investigation of the flow of energy and materials through unique plant biochemical pathways. Topics will include photosynthesis, secondary compounds, energy budgets and metabolism, transpiration, hormones and mineral nutrition; photoperiodism, and reproductive physiology.
Prerequisite: BIO 1010 , BIO 2040 . Exceptions with the consent of the instructor.
