ART 3420 - Graphic Design I
3 hours
An introduction to the principles of graphic design, with a focus on producing art applicable to two- dimensional or three-dimensional design. Emphasis is on typography, the aesthetics of composition, design and print industry vocabulary, and the history of graphic design.
Note: Students are expected to have a basic working knowledge in a least one of the following Adobe applications: Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator.
